말레이시아 프리미엄 비자 프로그램 (PVIP)

2022년 9월 1일, 말레이시아는 외국인의 투자 및 장기 거주 유치를 목적으로 프리미엄 비자 프로그램(PVIP)을 도입하였습니다. 본 프로그램을 통해 최대 20년간 거주할 수 있으며, 추가로 20년 연장이 가능합니다.

이 프로그램은 태국, 싱가포르 및 포르투갈에서 운영 중인 골든 비자(Golden Visa) 제도와 유사합니다. 말레이시아와 외교 관계가 있는 국가의 고소득 개인이 요건을 충족하면 신청할 수 있으며, 전체 말레이시아 인구의 1% 범위 내로 신청이 제한됩니다.

본 투자 기반 거주 프로그램은 말레이시아 정부가 경제 성장을 촉진하기 위해 최초로 도입한 제도로, 2022년 10월 1일부터 공식 승인된 에이전시를 통해 신청할 수 있습니다.

말레이시아 마이 세컨드 홈(MM2H) 프로그램

말레이시아 마이 세컨드 홈 (MM2H) 프로그램은 2002년에 도입된 장기 체류 비자 제도입니다. 본 프로그램은 말레이시아에 장기간 체류하고자 하는 외국인 및 은퇴자를 대상으로 하고 있습니다.


본 프로그램은 신청자에게 말레이시아 거주, 자녀의 말레이시아 내 학업, 일정 요건 및 승인 하에 부동산 구매 및 투자 기회를 포함한 다양한 혜택을 제공합니다.
