전문직 분야: 교육, 금융/증권, 제조업, 의료 분야. 주 정부 승인 하에 현지 파트너와 합작사업(JV)을 진행할 경우, S-MM2H 참가자는 최소 250,000 말레이시아 링깃 납입 자본금 중 최소 49%의 지분을 보유해야 하며, 합작 사업에서 ‘명의만 있는 파트너(sleeping partner)’ 역할 수행할 수 있습니다.

Renewal

No. You must reapply as a new applicant after 10 years.

Cancellation

Once cancellation is approved, the lien is removed and the deposit (plus any interest) is returned in full, minus any withdrawals.
